Baby's Back!

            Joan's personal horse, the 17'2" Oldenburg gelding  "Baby Ichiban", entered the show ring for the first time in June, after recuperating from stifle surgery.   Joan was High Score Open DDC rider as well as Open Training Level Champion.

Sharon Obtains Another Rider Patch!

        Long time student Sharon Small, mounted on her Andalusian gelding Marchoso D, received her Second Level Rider patch in August.  Sharon has been training with Joan since 2004 and has moved up the levels from Training through Second Level.  Sharon is one step away from her Bronze Medal and has started learning to ride flying changes on Marchoso.

            Long time student Frances Luse and her 6 yo Morgan gelding Ragtime Bojangles were featured in a recent "Clinic with Lisa" column in the Dressage Today magazine.
