Joan's dedicated students have consistently excelled in dressage, progressing  through the levels on

horses of average or above average quality.

Sharon Small and "Marchoso D"

Sharon began training with Joan in 2004.  Placing her Andalusian gelding "Marchoso D" in full training with

weekly lessons, Sharon has progressed from Training level to Second Level.  Making her Second Level debut

in May 2006, Sharon qualified for the Andalusian Grand Nationals at the same show with scores exceeding

 60%.

In 2005 Sharon and Marchoso D were the Dallas Dressage Club First Level Adult Amateur Champions

for Recognized and Schooling  Shows.

        "Jabalina D"

The Andalusian brood mare, "Jabalina D" was given a break from motherhood by owner Sharon Small.

Joan began refitting and reschooling Jabalina D for the competition arena in late 2005.  Joan successfully

showed Jabalina D in May 2006, qualifying the mare for the Andalusian Grand Nationals at Training and First

Level.  Recently, Joan and Jabilina D received a 70% at First Level Test 1 from 'L' judge Barbara Lewis.  We

expect great things from Joan and Jabilina D in October at the World Championships.  .
